I'm certain King Charles knew Biden would not upstage him--no one will even notice Biden. However, Charles knows Trump will be the center of attention and he, the King, will have to play second fiddle. The King needs to get used to this. Trump is such a renowned figure he upstages every other world leader.

Yes! If ever there was a time for Mr. Trump to defend his honor by causing a scene, Queen Elizabeth's funeral is it. The whole world will be watching. It would be the perfect opportunity to denounce the pretender Joe Biden right to his face. Given the severity of Biden's high crimes and misdemeanors, strong language would be warranted, even curse words. Trump could even take a swing at him over the coffin. No one would ever forget.

Okay, now that's starting to sound like an Italian funeral, not an English one. Though to be fair, the classic indicator of an Italian funeral is one of the deceased's devoted offspring throwing themselves upon the coffin in a dramatic enactment of "going down with the ship."

I doubt if even the Princess Royal is that overwrought.
