What's this all about?
It started this weekend when Russell Moore, the president of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, published an op-ed in the New York Times calling Trump out on his lack of Christian charity.
The Southern Baptist called his piece, "A White Church No More". He convicts the Southern Baptist Church as they did nothing during civil rights. He claims they didn't speak up and do the right thing.
Though, this is not quite true. The Southern Baptist Churches were quite active during the civil rights movement. Most Southern Baptist churches could be counted on to lend a helping hand with racial disharmony.
No more of that. The SBC wants to be on the right side of history this time. He wants us to be civil and embrace black Christians more? I think that was the moral of the story there.
Thank God he didn't call for embracing of the unrepentant homosexuals or higher taxes to care for the poor.
On Face the Nation Sunday morning Moore blasted Trump's campaign as, “reality television moral sewage.” and said he and Clinton were cut from the same cloth.
The billionaire Goliath's response was as we have come to expect.
Trump's attack dogs were quick to point out that, Dr. Moore is a signatory of the Evangelical Immigration Table that has been getting funding from George Soros.
The EIT's stated goal is to
So naturally, they are calling Moore a puppet of Soros. Because he signed a document for an organization he may or may not known was a Soros front.
Until the super sleuths that exposed Obama's birth certificate fraud can show how closely he was involved in the EIT, I have to give a yawn.
More to come.

“What we have in the Donald Trump phenomenon as well as in the Hillary Clinton phenomenon is an embrace of the very kind of moral and cultural decadence that conservatives have been saying for a long time is the problem," Moore said. “[I disagree with] conservatives who were saying in the previous Clinton era that character matters, and rightly so, who now are not willing to say anything when we have this sort of reality television moral sewage coming through all over our culture.”

.@drmoore Russell Moore is truly a terrible representative of Evangelicals and all of the good they stand for. A nasty guy with no heart!
The EIT's stated goal is to
- Establish a path toward legal status and/or citizenship for those who qualify and who wish to become permanent residents
