    Truth In Advertising

John 8:32 "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

I am so tired of this liberal and Godless movement that insists that if we state the truth, we are "politically incorrect".

After all, Jesus simply told us to always tell the truth. And that the truth will make us free!

I really miss ads like this:

    Hotdogs, Armour hotdogs.
What kinds of kids eat Armour hot dogs?
Fat kids, skinny kids, kids who climb on rocks.
    Tough kids, sissy kids
    Even kids with chicken pox
    Love hotdogs, Armour hot dogs
The dogs kids love to bite!
There are fat children. And sissy kids. But they all love hot dogs. What in the world is wrong with stating the obvious?

Please share your examples of PC thought police run amok.

    In Christ.

Matthew 19:14 "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

This commercial gives a humble Negro woman CREDIT for her recipe, but if we admire the spook today, we are racist? I love pancakes!

Even with Jell-O, we give credit to the slopes for their acting skills on American TV, and it is "racist".

And, of course, the woman, envious of the coupe, even though the man bought her a station wagon.

It doesn't matter if it's the Châteaubriand or the coffee, those in charge (in this case the wife) need to be told in no uncertain terms. There is no "diplomatic" way to say the coffee sucks.

Put a woman in charge and nothing will work right. Even back then those in charge of the Folgers ads substituted "Mrs. Olsen" to tell the female how to make good coffee (it used to be a man in the early ads) - creeping liberalism even back in the 50's.

          Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.
          ...and get off my lawn

Shout AMEN Brother! You got that right. Remember that one time Pastor Zeke put me in charge of valeting the cars at a Church event?
