  • Christie aides found guilty

I read with horror the verdict passed out to Gov Christie's former top aides for their part in doing a traffic study. It seems you can't please liberal juries any more than you can trust the liberal media or the liberal rigged electoral system. You think they would approve of someone doing a study "for science" or whatever, but I suppose not when it's done by a Republican.

Gov Christie has gallantly denied any knowledge or responsibility for those working directly under him. He can also point to the fact that he paid a team of laywers $10M (taxpayer money) to find him totally innocent, which they did.

How is it that Gov Christie gets investigated, prosecuted and found guilty in short order, while Hilary Clinton can be investigated for decades over literally every possible infringement and yet not put in prison? It's like there is a vast conspiracy or something.
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

Great post, Dr. Toole. Public servants like Brother Christie and his loyal staff took the fall for practicing good government.

My life has been devoted to public service. I know that those in charge of a state or local government need traffic counts to make decisions about highway planning.

To get a reliable traffic count you need to get all the cars stopped. Otherwise they just race by and the person doing the tally gets behind.

So, New Jersey did the right thing, stopped the cars, counted them and they went on their way. There is no way something harmless like this could send people to prison except corrupt liberal judges and juries.

I am sure Brother Chris has spent time weeping at the feet of Jesus as he sought comfort from the LORD due to this situation. He no doubt feels people will think he was at the heart of some wrongdoing. Now, I ask you: Would President Trump trust a wrongdoer to help select his staff upon election?

      The very thought is preposterous.

As a True Christian(TM) man, I feel it is my duty to pray for and uphold Brother Chris in his time of despair. Brother Mayor, perhaps you could invite him to watch some Freehold football in your Mayoral Suite before the season ends. If President Trump would attend also, what a glorious event it would be. I hope you will consider it.
      Proverbs 21:31 KJV 1611:
“The horse is prepared against the day of battell: but safetie is of the Lord.”

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man.
      Amen and Amen

Bingo. Gov Christie will have the opportunity to turn around his misfortune in the "personnel selection" category by heading up the Trump transition team. He will be unshackled to choose Executive Branch officials from amongst the best people available. The best. Like Ivanka. Incredible talent. Not like that useless bunch of toadying backstabbing criminals in New Jersey.
