Re: Want Trump to take Fewer Vacation Days? Stop the Criticism

It's no secret that the Democrats have been waging a war of fake news ever since Trump won the election.

"Criticize" all you want, but Trump is on call 24/7 to handle events around the world, like that fat dwarf gook in North Korea that Obama slept through for 8 years.

Trump also has to spend time at Mar-a-Lago until all the wire taps and spy devices are swept and removed from the White House - all left behind by Obama's minions.

This is worrying news. As Brother WJB so wisely says, Brother President Trump is obliged to spend a lot of his time there. How easy would it be for the Clinton woman's minions to infiltrate the kitchens and poison him?

Should Hillary be impeached? I'm no expert on US law - do you have to actually be president to be impeached, or would claiming to have "won" the so-called popular vote be sufficient?

Re: Want Trump to take Fewer Vacation Days? Stop the Criticism

With all the criticism President Trump has to endure, it is only logical he both take time off to play golf but also to further enrich himself. I might think differently if the press and other citizens would stop the endless snipping. But, since they do not, I'm ever so pleased the President's tax cut will yield him tens of millions of dollars.

Trump’s new plan would slash his business’s tax rate by 25 percent, while handing out other free lunches across the corporate sector.

Donald Trump could save billions of dollars over the course of an 8 years presidency and keep things running by sending life size cut outs of himself to people instead of going there personally if he were president, along with getting more work done. That's leadership.

I want to mention that years ago, I predicted that once elected Donald Trump would save tons of money in security costs. Well, he HAS! For starters, what's most important is efficiency of the vacations. What's better, a military that blows up 1,000 Muslims and costs $100,000, or a military that kills a million Muslims and only costs $2,000,000? Sure, the second might seem more expensive, but it's a $2 per Muslim death ratio instead of a $10 per Muslim death ratio. The second is a far better bang for our buck. Same concept here. Trump, despite spending vastly more on vacation costs, is no doubt getting more enjoyment out of it than Obama and thus using the vacations more efficiently.

@BarackObama played golf yesterday. Now he heads to a 10 day vacation in Martha's Vineyard. Nice work ethic.

"Don't take vacations. What's the point? If you're not enjoying your work, you're in the wrong job." -- Think Like A Billionaire

I don't mind that @BarackObama plays a lot of golf. I just wish he used it productively to make deals with Congress!

No doubt that Trump is somehow using these golf visits to make deals for America.

Just look at him using his trip to talk with foriegn prime minister Shinzo Abe

There's the guy with the nuclear football! Looks like it's in good hands to me! Vacation money well spent! Good for the guests, good for Trump, and good for America! Talk about a win-win.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/02/13/u...istration.html . I don't know what he was doing during all those other trips, but I think it probably promoted American interests someway. Don't worry about him possibly sharing confidential documents in public during his vacations, I don't think that's something he'd do, but even if he did, he mentioned on Twitter that as the President he has the legal right to share confidential information as he sees fit. That makes it a-okay in my book. I think who carries the nuclear football is probably supposed to be public information anyway. Either way, this is way different than Hillary who was not President at the time of making a private email server.

More importantly, Trump is making a fortune off these trips. He recently doubled the price to Mar-a-Lago, from $100,000 to $200,000. What a savvy business move!

Entering the ornate room, Trump took a photo with the bride and her bridesmaids, who posed in red gowns next to the commander in chief, mimicking his signature thumbs-up.
          Then he grabbed a microphone.
At Mar-a-Lago, Trump tackles crisis diplomacy at close range
"I saw them out on the lawn today," Trump said of the bride and groom Saturday, who were standing nearby. "I said to the Prime Minister of Japan, I said, 'C'mon Shinzo, let's go over and say hello.' "
"They've been members of this club for a long time," Trump said of the newlyweds. "They've paid me a fortune."
He has to give people a value for their money! If that means occasionally giving them some minor confidential matters so be it. I wouldn't want people to think Trump just raised prices to his resort and that they're not getting anything in return. That would make the President and by extension, the USA look bad. We can't have that. I'm sure he got around to that North Korea missile situation eventually. I mean, really, how often to North Korea's missiles even work anyway?

Close minded people are just right people who don't want to spend time arguing.

Re: Want Trump to take Fewer Vacation Days? Stop the Criticism

Trump has such a hard job, cleaning up the mess left over from eight years of mismanaged, incompetent, unpatriotic, oft-times illegal policies and actions spewing from the vacuous mind of that boob, Obama.

How dare anyone criticize our president, anyway? Have they no respect for the position?
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

I was thinking about this today, Sister handmaiden. The criticism has become so bad our wonderful President is under investigation. He should show his contempt by golfing until the case is closed and he is exonerated.

Re: Want Trump to take Fewer Vacation Days? Stop the Criticism

                  Good news!

You might not be familiar with him, since he tends to avoid the public eye, but Newt Gingrich, Fox News Corp expert witness, history professor, and Speaker of the House from 1995-1999 is, with Carl Albert's death, the foremost living expert on impeachment, due to his integral role in the impeachment of William "Bill" Clinton in 1998. "Bill" Clinton was impeached on the basis of lying to investigators regarding a bit of "harmless" adultery.

What does Gingrich say about the greatest witch hunt in American history?

Technically, the President of the United States cannot obstruct justice.
So you know this is a good one, because sentences that start with technically always turn out to be really insightful. But let me spell it out: this means that it doesn't matter why The Donald fired Comey. It doesn't matter if he fires Rosenstein and Mueller. He is our sovereign; justice has no meaning outside of its role for the sovereign! The President cannot obstruct justice, in exactly the same way that, on the authority of the highest law in the land, the President's lawyer, a man cannot rape his own wife. By its very definition, it's not possible, it's an absurdity.

So, case closed. We can finally get back to the issue of prosecuting a woman I like to hear called Crooked Hillary.

Gingrich was floated as a potential for many cabinet positions and rejected, eventually settling into his off-the-books, unpaid position as Planner Chief Advisor Senior. I'm glad to see that he harbors no ill will to Donald Trump for being passed up so relentlessly. Of course he shouldn't-- there'll always be room in the Trump administration!

Buy his new book, Understanding Trump!
Acts 13:8 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

Mueller and Rosenstein are part of the corrupt swamp left over from the Obama administration. Trump should appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the special prosecutor.
