In this cheap hit piece by the New York Times, a couple of passages show us just how much of a True Believer Sarah Palin is:

Shortly after becoming mayor, former city officials and Wasilla residents said, Ms. Palin approached the town librarian about the possibility of banning some books, though she never followed through and it was unclear which books or passages were in question.
Ann Kilkenny, a Democrat who said she attended every City Council meeting in Ms. Palin’s first year in office, said Ms. Palin brought up the idea of banning some books at one meeting. “They were somehow morally or socially objectionable to her,” Ms. Kilkenny said.

Praise Jesus!! I'm sure she just didn't have time to get around to it, but at least she has God's commandments at heart. Imagine what she'll do when President McCain appoints her "Librarian General!?"

Reporting here from the RNC in St. Paul, I have it on good authority that her blacklist is very similar to the Landover Baptist List of Banned Books. There are a few obvious ones on there: the Koran, all that commie hippie stuff by Ginsberg and Kerouac, Walt Whitman and the other homers, papists like Hemingway and Joyce, and other standard Satanic writers.

Thankfully, when Mrs. Palin becomes Vice President, we can clear our public library shelves of all that filth, and have room for more Bibles (KJV 1611)!

Why should books be burnt? All the wisdom is in books and banning them would certainly look a lot like some strange guy with a funny mustache did some 70 years ago.

I hope that it also includes books of modern science that contradict Scripture as well as all "Bibles" that are satanic counterfeits (i.e., not the Holy KJV).

It doesn't say which books, maybe the KJV is also a book to burn as it's not the original Bible and not mentioned in it either.

So I take it that you don't have any books that you consider false or evil? Do you want YOUR tax money going to buy books that you don't like?

What's wrong with Sarah expressing the will of the people, much less the Will of God?
