    The President's Reelection Strategy

So many other politicians in my circle of elected Republicans have been wringing their hands about the President's reelection prospects. "Look," the will say, "He has to win those Midwest and blue collar central states that put him in two years ago. The trade war dropped farm prices. There is a glut of milk in Wisconsin. Farm bankruptcies are up. General Motors is closing plants in Michigan and Ohio. He's toast."

But, they don't know the political genius of this President. He just ordered General Motors to open a new plant in Ohio. Ohio is saved. His plan, I'm now certain, is to order corporations to open plants in all the states where he needs electoral college votes.

We are going to see him order corporations in liberal states he will lose anyway to open new high paying operations in Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa. It will be such a joy to see the Silicon Valley shuttered and software places opened in rural Wisconsin and Iowa. Farmers who now drive old pickup trucks will be driving Lamborghini beauties.

President Trump has this thing locked up.

U.S. President Donald Trump demanded General Motors Co add a new product to replace a plant in Ohio that the company said it planned to close next year due to lagging small-car demand. GM also plans to close an assembly plant and a transmission plant in Ohio, along with an assembly plant in Canada. Trump told reporters he was not happy with GM's decision to idle a plant in Lordstown, Ohio.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

I suspect North Korea will become a top priority very shortly.
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

It would be smart for the President to bring up North Korea again because the press likes that story. The press is now starting to write about farmers going out of business because of the President stood up to China. He is forcing China to pay tariffs and it has lowered farm prices. But the press will not write the President will fix this problem by ordering good paying industries to put factories in rural areas. It is press bias showing through.

For example, today in the Fargo, ND newspaper there is a headline story about farmers going broke in nearby southern Minnesota. The story does not mention the new industry I'm certain the President is planning for that area. Just as he is forcing General Motors to open new plants in Ohio he will force some industries into southern Minnesota soon.

WORTHINGTON, Minn. — A challenging growing season, depressed markets, increased input costs and China’s imposed tariffs on agricultural products have meant a tough year for many of the region’s farmers.
