  • Whatever Happened to Executive Privilege

Right near Freehold is a newspaper that should go under to old phrase, "yellow rag." That's an old term for what we now call fake news.

In today's paper is a most outlandish article by one of the Des Moines Register's worse journalists, Rekha Basu. You start being suspicious just by her name.

Basu writes that in the eight hours or so of Republicans in the house complained about impeachment of our President not one of the House members refuted the charges made against him. It's as if, she says, they have to admit the charges are valid so they spent their eight hours talking about hatred of the President, "witch hunts" and Democrat Party "swamp creatures."

I've been putting out the word among Republican leaders they should just say the President is exercising Executive Privilege. He is, after all, the leader of the free world. He is charged with enforcing laws and maintaining order. He must have the authority of a Chief Executive to do whatever it takes.

Republicans should not perpetuate the myth that, "The President is not above the law." The President is the law.

In the President's case, he was investigating high crimes against humanity by the Bidens. He used Executive Privilege. Without his sound decision to stop them, the Bidens would take over our country and run it into the ground.

This full replica of our printed product provides you the newspaper as you know and love it from the convenience of the web.

Amen Mr. Mayor; the Bidens were on the verge of a mighty victory over the righteous before President Trump stopped their schemes. The fact that Joe Biden (and probably Hunter Biden as well) is a known agent of the godless Clinton conspiracy makes their crimes even more sinister. There's no telling what they were really up to over there in Europe.
