As part of my physical exam, my doctor administered a cognitive test, and I scored an 85%!

I don't think I've ever taken such a difficult exam in my life. Sure, the first questions were easy, but it got incredibly tough at the end. For example, my doctor asked me to remember five words in a row, twice. Nobody could do that! Not even Einstein, and everyone knows that Jews are super smart.

My hat's off to President Trump for acing that exam. I now understand exactly how much of a genius he really is.
