  • Bannon pardoned

Now that Steve Bannon has been declared 100% innocent of using his We Build The Wall campaign to illegally pay for private vacations on yachts, he is free and clear to start new fund-raising activities. I was thinking he could raise cash for Parler to host its own servers now it's been kicked off Amazon AWS. Or possibly he could follow in the footsteps of his mentor and set up the Steve Bannon Organization Foundation to purchase self-portraits (for charity, of course).
Bannon and the others also received hundreds of thousands of dollars, spending it on travel, hotels and personal credit card debts, the indictment says.

Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. was a guest at a symposium hosted by the We Build the Wall group in New Mexico in 2019, praising the organization as “private enterprise at its finest.”

“I talked with the president, and the We Build the Wall effort came up,” Kobach said. “The president said, ‘The project has my blessing, and you can tell the media that.’ ”
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

Steve was high on the best pardons list. He needed vacations and perks to keep up the intense work of building the wall. Those parts of the wall that blew over, holes made by illegals and all of that meant lots of work for him. I'm with you, Dr. Toole, in hoping he starts another fund raising effort.

      Re: Bannon pardoned

Mr. Mayor, it's true that Steve fully deserved his pardon. And also that his co-defendants on the exact same charges did not deserve any pardons at all, owing to their cynical theft of money donated by Trump supporters. Justice moves in mysterious ways, I believe that's in Corinthians.

For reasons I do not understand, the pardon of Steve Bannon by President Trump has been replaced with time in prison. Steve will be reporting soon to start serving a sentence because Bidon does not like him.

We need to be lobbying for his safety and comfort while serving his time. I don't see why a prison Worden needs a big cushy office while Steve is in some cell. Time served in the Worden's office is still time "in the prison building." Steve is a national treasure and needs to be taken care of.

Mr. Mayor, it would show up our banana justice system for what it is if the travesty of Bannon going prison were to be compared to similar crimes - say, Bannon's co-conspiritors. Lest we forget:

Brian Kolfage, a decorated Air Force veteran who lost both of his legs and an arm in the Iraq War, previously pleaded guilty for his role in siphoning donations from the We Build the Wall campaign.

A co-defendant, financier Andrew Badolato, was also sentenced to three years for aiding the effort. He had also pleaded guilty. A third man involved in siphoning funds from the wall project, Colorado businessman Tim Shea, won’t be sentenced until June. [Update: Tim Shea sentenced to 63 months in prison].

Kolfage and Badolato were also ordered to pay $25 million in restitution to the victims.
Fortunately, Bannon was initially arrested aboard a luxury yacht and faced federal fraud charges along with the other men, but Trump pardoned him during his final hours in office. When we reach nirvana all sins will be revoked and Justice will reign AMEN!!!

Maybe I'm over thinking this thing, but I've concluded Biden wants Bannon behind bars because Bannon is a potential Republican nominee. Biden may look at Trump and think Trump's longevity is not so good. Who would step in to oppose Biden? Our Republican Party would look to a young, fit and handsome guy, Steve Bannon:

Oh, dearie me. This does sound like a matter of great concern, dear Brother Mayor Hold. I do hope that Mr. Bannon has excellent lawyers working on his behalf.

For a moment i thought that Bannon was forgiven for attemping to spread Paganism via his lectures of Julius Evola.

Bannon reported to the prison today. At a political event outside the prison a priest gave him his blessing. Marjory Taylor Greene gave a full throated support of her friend, Stevie Bannon. Who knows what kind of brutality Biden will order for Steve. If he survives, he will come out a national hero and run for high office.

Oh, we need not worry about dear Mr. Bannon — I have every confidence that he will be able to look after himself in jail. With the support of good people such as Marjorie Taylor Greene, and countless others, Mr. Bannon will emerge victorious and as enthusiastic as ever. Why, it would not surprise me if we learn that Steve Bannon will be spending his entire time in jail reading the glorious . We all know how following is so important to Roger Stone and how he was granted a pardon — and, so it shall be with Steve Bannon!

When it comes to political prisoners, Joe Biden is worse than 3rd word shitholes like Russia North Korea Saudi Arabia the United Kingdom which locked up Julian Assange for years on trumped up espionage charges.
