I'm Sick of Hearing We're "Too" Political, Not Christian

Every once in a while someone gets on their high horse and says we evangelicals have gotten too political and have forgotten our Christian roots. Balderdash.

Being political, such as supporting Godly President Donald Trump, is to fight sin with every arrow in our quiver. You never saw President Trump supporting homer rights. He appointed Supreme Court Justices that carry out the wishes of Jesus. How can we fight the expansion of government without putting in place the laws and government staff to carry out the Christian war against sin?

If I ever meeting some of these columnists at National Republican Party gatherings I'm going to give them a piece of my mind.

    Is American conservatism de-Christianizing? (religionnews.com)

If anything, it is the atheists who are over the top political. Thank Jesus that there are laws in place that keep them from running for office.

Also, without True Christians(tm) in various government roles to protect this country's interests, you just know that the Muslins would institute Sharia Law in a heartbeat. It is not possible for a Christian to be too political. And you certainly cannot be "too Christian".

Supporting the way God wants us to live isn't politics, it's common sense. God doesn't want men to sleep with other men. God doesn't want unborn babies to be killed. God does not want people to masturbate or watch porn or have premarital sex. God doesn't want black people to have a role in choosing our President. That's why we are Republicans.
