They picket on dead soldier's funerals as well as those dead from HIV.

I read about this and I couldn't fucking believe it. FUCKING INSANE.

Now, I know you wouldn't see anything wrong picketing on a gay person's funeral.
But picketing on a funeral? WTF is that? How is that not wrong in any way????
What do you think about this?? I know that god supposedly hate fags. sure.
but does god hate america too? what about all this other bs that this church preaches? I don't see many differences between the people here and what i've read about the phelps, but still, what do you all think?

Our views concerning the Westboro Baptist church have been expressed here many time (if you bothered to read a little rather that spout off at the mouth). In short, wile the Reverend Fred Phelps is a Godly man who is generally Biblically correct when it comes to homers, he is a little bit too liberal for our tastes.

They are also a little misguided when it comes to the big picture. I often ask myself why it is that they are not out trying to elect Godly Republicans to office. After all, they would not have to be picketing the funerals of homer soldiers if it were not for the Clintons.

Where have you been and how old are you? It was Bill Clinton that initiated the policy of "don't ask, don't tell" which opened up the floodgates for homers to join the military.

This has undermined the military and distracted it from it's Godly mission. Gays are now calling our manly Navy men "Seafood". Disgusting.

Godly reverend Fred Phelps is a great father, amazing husband, and is close to God. Fred Phelps knows God. He knows God is furious with the sodomites. So he spreads God's message.
