And I drink (and like) water. Yep, plain old room-temperature water. I used to watch people drink a bottle of beer in one gulp. I never understood how they could do that, but I can do it with water. I had to learn because if you mix fiber....like psyllium powder in your water and shake it up you only have about ten seconds to drink a 16 oz bottle before it turns to ..... something that won't pour.
