I think you have misassigned the term "loony". The unchurched, or, the pick-and-choose-what-I-like Christians are the loonies.

A loony is someone who does not do what is in his own interests. Landover Baptist Christians spend their lives preparing for their afterlife. This is clearly rational thinking. People who don't do this are the loonies.

Price competition is capitalist. That is the defenition of capitalism. Competition. Your ignorant to the definition of the very thing you protect (America).

And why is the second quote death to America (by the way, America is capitalized, please show our nation somee courtesy)? Shouldn't any attempt to improve our country be applauded? I would assume that you would like for us to be ranked number one in healthcare, as opposed to 41st?

This is exactly why most Landovers would be considered loony. Because they believe it is in their best interest to sit and mumble for the cure to their ailments rather than get up and go find it for themselves.

Denial of reality is what constitutes the definition of "loony". Most of the people on this forum would fall under that label it seems.
