    Happy Capitalism Day!

I just want to take this moment to wish everyone a Happy Capitalism Day, and may we all say a prayer to Jesus thanking Him for blessing this nation with a free market system that works for the betterment of everyone that is willing to work for it and not whine and expect entitlements or their bosses to pay for every little thing in their lives!
Also, please say a prayer this day for President Ronald Reagan, who did more for workers in this nation than any president before him.

1 Timothy 2:13-15 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Indeed he did!! I shall pray for him. And that we can have a President again as good as he.

What do you mean by "we?" Aren't you a Godless brit?

I thank God for Capitalism from the bottom of my True Christian(tm) heart. If it wasn't for Capitalism, Landover Baptist Church would be nothing but an old wooden shack, and I would have to join the YMCA instead of having this Olympic sized pool to swim in every day.

Capitalism makes Christianity possible! Remember that!
      Who Will Jesus Damn?

Too bad I gave the field workers an hour off from work today to be with their families. Well, no matter, they'll work an extra hour tomorrow, maybe two if I reset the time clocks again. That always makes me chuckle.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

I had a great day today! What's better than spending time with friends and family, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows over piles of burning books?

            Re: Happy Capitalism Day!

We had a great Labor Day today. I barbecued some chicken and hot dogs and the wife made red potatoes, corn, and baked beans. I'm stuffed, but I thank the Lord for giving us all that.
            Matthew 5:43-44
            Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
