I am not sure if you people realize the fact that slavery is not justified. For one second, put aside the exact Bible truths you believe in and think of this.
What if you were forced to work for hours on end for another man who thought himself above you?
I doubt anyone would enjoy working for another man on this forum, nor would anyone outside your CHOSEN religion.

Why we should reinstall slavery: a return to Biblical Morality!

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

We live in an age where liberal political correctness has taken over all media except for Fox News, evidently another attempt by godless secularists to silence the voices that shout out the Godly Truth™ of our Lord Jesus Christ. One result of this is that, for about 150 years now, the godly institution of slavery has been abolished in America.

America, of course, is a nation founded on True Christian™ Principles. Therefore, I would like to revisit once again what the Bible, the Guide of True Christian Morality, says about this subject. First of all, slavery is a quite normal and acceptable institution of society, as God never once condemns it in the Bible.

Instead, there is an abundance of Godly Advice:

Ephesians 6:5:
Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ

As we can see, God encourages Christian slaves to be obedient to their masters. Actually, when a slave disrespects his mater, he blasphemes God:

1 Timothy 6:1:
Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.

God, always thoughtful of the practical side of these issues, also has plenty of good advice on how to treat our slaves:

Exodus 21:20-21:
And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.
Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money.

Of course, Exodus 20:13 teaches us not to kill (except obviously when God explicitly commands us to kill, like when people are caught practicing other religions), so God doesn't allow masters to outright kill their slaves. Such a thing would be immoral.

However, God sees things from the True Christian™ perspective as well, and when a slave dies, then the master is the one who is really victimized, as his business can be severely damaged by unfortunate instances of slave mortality.

Therefore, if a slave doesn't die under our hand, we are not to be punished, as we have suffered enough economic distress already. The slave is our money, after all.

One of the legal ways of obtaining slaves is buying them, of course (see Exodus 21). Another acceptable way is by taking them captive in war:

Deuteronomy 21:10-14:
When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,

And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;
Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house, and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.
And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

Whenever we win a war (against Iraq, for example), God allows us to spare captive women to take them as our wives (men should be killed, of course, according to the Bible). Of course, if she turns out to be a disappointment, we will have to let her go (more about that in the next section), but in the meantime, if she is a pleasurable woman, she can legally be confiscated.

One final note:

Exodus 21:2-11:
If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.
If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him.
If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.
And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:
Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.
And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.
If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.
And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.
If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.
And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.

A Hebrew servant shall leave as a free man after seven years (of course, a non-Hebrew servant, like a negro, will be your possession as long as he lives, according to God's Law). But even in that circumstance, his family is still yours: children born during his period of slavery are born as your property (they are "his master's").

Finally, women, of course, won't be freed. After all, think of it, where should they turn, without a man to be obedient to, as prescribed in Ephesians 5:22-24? It would be a very cruel act to send a woman away into society like that! Probably, she would be selling her body in a secular dance club in no time, without a husband to keep her from doing stupid and lascivious things!

Nevertheless, if she doesn't please him if he had intended her for himself, she shall go out free, because the idea of selling a pious True Christian™ Woman to a heathen nation would be unethical, of course. So we should be careful when we decide which woman to buy. Self-restraint in this aspect is commendable, in my opinion!

So, in short, the Bible clearly:

1. Allows us to own slaves
2. Allows us to discipline them in any way we see fit, unless the slave dies under our hands
3. Wants us to buy and sell slaves responsibly, as seen in the example about women (don't buy a woman you don't "intend for yourself!")

Secular liberals may object to the Biblical Institution of Slavery, but there can be no doubt that God intends us to own a few slaves. Anyone who denies that, quite simply, contradicts the Bible, and will burn in Hell for eternity. That's what God says in the Bible. Get used to it.

I think we all should press our True Christian™ Republican representatives in the Congress to opt for a revision of the godless abolition of slavery in the 19th Century. Let's follow the Bible again, instead of humanist dogmas of "human rights" and other nonsense!

I don't want to wade into a dicussion that doesn't really concern me, but I noticed that the wording of government programmes needs to be tailored to suit intended client groups. Over here there are numerous government approved/financed projects which successfully incorporate language likely to be familiar with disenfranchised groups. Words like:
DRUGS - "gear" "rocks, man" "good smack" etc.
PROSTITUTION - "ho" "cathouse" "pimp" and so on

It's not something I want to dwell on however. There is plenty to choose from, but those two links will be more than enough I'm sure..
