I have to admit, I am a modern man and do not like slavery. I much prefer 'indentured servitude' as it is a much more professional sounding title. The nigras and messicans on the plantation love thinking that they are management. They can see on their little cards kept in the Hutchins Company store, exactly what their worth (well, negative worth) is. I have one valued employee, he is into me for over $40K. That will be a terrific write off once he dies which should be soon as he is in his seventies and has worked for me close to thirty years. Recently, he has turned into a complainer, wheezing and talking of chest pains. I think he is just a slacker. He never used to have a problem running the plow. Well, you know how they are.

One of the fun games I like to do with the workers is fail to write in some of their incurred expenses. They think they are going to be able to zero out or even be on the positive side. Then POW, I mention the expenses that were not noted. To see a nigra go from standing tall with a smile to slumped over and weeping is a sight to behold

First off I am going to say your husband is incredibly racist and incredibly stupid to think this it is not a right for slaves. Not only are you a sick ass person for thinking this your also extremely lazy to treat someone like "property" and have them do all your work.

It says in the Bible that you are to love everyone yet I see no love here. To me as a true American it sounds like you need to get your confederate self out of this country because no one likes confederates. I think your all satanic yourself after all the things you say I thought I was a bad Christian but you guys just way pass that up with all the things you do. I am pretty sure that she could just show her husband your post and let him read it for himself. Though, it IS a little hard to read your post due to the lack of commas and whatnot.

And as others have pointed out before, there is no actual verse in the Bible that commands us to love everyone, unconditionally and at all times.

There are many different verses that speak of how we are to conduct ourselves lovingly towards certain persons under specific circumstances, but grasping the truth of those verses requires close, discerning reading of the Bible which the majority of folk calling themselves Christian have failed to do.

Please also bear in mind that God made many provisions for the treatment of slaves in the Bible. Nowhere in its pages is there any clear, unequivocal command to abolish slavery.

The people who used Bible rhetoric to argue against slavery were playing fast and loose with its words. Just as are the people who are arguing for the acceptance of homosexuality.

The Bible is not a book that promotes "progressive" values. It is a book that sets forth clear standards and specific delineation of roles and responsibilities.

It also proclaims uncompromising and unpleasant consequences for those who disobey its commands.

Simply put, God does not mess around.

Do forgive me if I would rather ackowledge what He actually has to say on various subjects than slog through what you THINK He has to say on various subjects.
