It's bad enough that we're throwing good money after bad on feeding the poor, but why aren't we doing the fiscally responsible thing by putting them to death? Any politician that proposes systematic extermination of the poor has my vote!

I think you are on to something. We shouldn't just stop feeding them, we should try and cut off their food supply all together. Perhaps we could concentrate them into one area, and make sure no food gets in.

I remember something in the Bible about feeding the poor. But that was back when there were real poor people, not the lazy rabble we have today.

It seems like God(tm) does a lot to weed out the poor. The panhandlers get exercise from wandering around, but so many of the homeless are just slumped over a subway grating, obviously on their last legs.

They aren't even interested in helping themselves. Poor diet, excess drink (and worse), they don't take care of their teeth, wear sensible clothes or get insurance...I saw a woman leading her kids around with NO SHOES, and I was disgusted. How healthy does she think they'll be like that?! But every day's a "walk in the park" for them, whether there's grass underfoot or not.

It's hard to know if we're going against God(tm)s plan, by enabling them to continue with handouts and whatnot.
