I'm not a big fan of Oprah, actually. I usually just leave the TV on for background noise (I can't think in complete silence). When I overheard that GWB was on, I decided to watch because, well, it's weird not having his name all over the news.

Praise Glory, maybe there IS hope for you yet, Scarlet Lady!

Its OK if GWB isn't your favorite president (honestly, he's my second favorite, Reagan is my all time number #1 ), but I'm certainly looking forward to seeing you read it and posting how much you loved his book!

This will change when they read the book! If not for George Bush, you would be wearing a burka and serving moozelim men camel menudo.

Can you not repay this man of God by buying at least 10 bindings in this season of giving?

    In Christ!

And Harvard graduates dummies all the time, right? Like that Obamer boy who also graduated from Harvard? One thing he never quite got to doin' that President Bush did: actually SERVED in the Air National Guard and actually learned to FLY a F-102 supersonic fighter-plane!!! I guess the current fool in the white house never had time to do anything that demanding, what with all his community agitation takin' up all his free time.

Okay, so not only are you wrong about faerie, but you are also whining over getting an infraction? Why do the atheists always whine about getting infractions? Whaaa....... I crapped all over your board and you had the nerve to get mad at me........ Whaaaa.....
First, no, he WAS wrong about faerie. He spelled it farie, which is wrong. The correct forms are fairy, faerie, or faery.

Second, I'm not whining, I'm LAUGHING! Laughing at the fact that the dumbest person in America was ever our world leader, and the fact that you gave me an infraction for making fun of him. In all honesty, you guys are a riot!

Third, there is no need for mockery. BelieverInGod, I actually thought you were one of the few nice people on the forum. You just proved me wrong.

This infraction is worth 50 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.

You actually have an infraction for that? L O f***ing L man! Is there anything you don't have an infraction for?

And I don't believe in "the magical sky faerie". I'm pretty sure Bush does though.

P.S. you spelled faerie wrong. Lol

    • The book’s appendix includes a series of connect-the-dot drawings Bush was unable to complete
    • Bush on the unfinished business of his Presidency: “I never did learn how that neat story about the goat ended.”
    • Bush’s memoir is a quick read, since 95% of it has been redacted by Dick Cheney
    • Six months after the book’s publication there will be an English-language version

The man has a Bachelors of Art from Yale and an MBA from Harvard, quit trying to drag him down to your level.

I'm trying to figure out how many to buy. I'll get one for each of the boys (yes Mark's too young to read it yet, but he'll grow). Should I buy one for a stocking stuffer for hubby? Or is he going to get his own copy? I guess I should ask him.

I'm also thinking of buying one for all of my Christmas list. It would probably be the easiest shopping season of my life! Just 20 or so copies of this book and all of my non-immediate family would be taken care of.

Oh does it come as a book on CD? My father can no longer read as he is now blind.

Are you suggesting Bush will be swindled by his stock broker and die from throat cancer?
