Pardon my unladylike outburst (the title), but I am in shock.
The filthy hippies on whose estate I live have not been successful in jamming all non-NPR radio frequencies; I'm able to listen to one conservative talk radio station, as long as I keep the volume down. Today, I was astounded by what I heard on the Laura Ingraham radio show!
An editor from well-respected conservative magazine National Review was on telling Laura all about the editors' decision-making on their presidential endorsement.
While explaining their position, this editor (whose name I failed to note, I apologize) explained that they could not support Mike Huckabee, in part because <gasp> he doesn't believe in evolution, and so would not be viable in the general election!
Finally, he got around to which candidate they'd support. I can't bring myself to type the words, so I'll let you read it for yourself:
Truly, it's the end of the world as we know it. Even conservative magazines are promoting this AntiChrist for President of God's Country! Surely, Armageddon can't be far off.
