The Swedish University College of Arts, Crafts and Design have a notorious record of government sponsored sick "art". And I'm not talking beautiful quality paintings. There was Anna Odell, who threatened random people on a bridge with committing suicide.
But even worse was the performance "art" by Christine Schürrer and the Pirate Bay. A German woman brutally murdered two innocent children, aged one and three, with a hammer, after nearly killing their mother. The performance act was a simulation the extreme jealousy that is common in borderline personality disorder.
Later, the website Pirate Bay, infamous for spreading pirated movies, software and music, published the graphic pictures of the children demolished by Schürrer's hammer. While the father of the children strongly objected, the pirate mastermind Peter Sunde refused to remove the "art".
