Yes it is, by your definition as cited above.

You as an infant could not survive without your mother to breast feed you and keep you warm.

If she'd said, "OK, she's born, glad that's over with and now she's on her own", you'd have been dead within hours at most. Would that have been OK?

You never answered my question about whether it's OK to do a late-term abortion, in cases where the BABY could survive outside the mother (with an incubator and IV feeding and all) if labor were induced.

Breast feeding, while it is the best way to feed a baby, isn't rthe only option for infant nutrition. Some parents opt for formula.

My dog would die if I didn't fill his food and water bowls daily, but that doesn't make him a parasite. He isn't living inside my body, nor is he attached to my body.

Yeah, so you've changed your definition of parasite. Admit you were wrong and we can move on to more important things.

I have done no such thing. It's a parasite when it's living IN or ON another living thing's body. After it's born, it's not living IN the woman's body anymore. Nor does it live ON her body.

So this baby is still a parasite? It lives on her body and relies on her for nutrition. How do you suggest it gets sliced up? Do you remove it's head first?

It does not live on her body, she simply carries around in a sling.

So how long would it survive without nutrition directly from it's mothers body? Sling? womb? whats the difference? It still cannot survive without it's mother?

LBC frowns on breast-feeding. And while I personally believe that breast milk is the best food for a baby, the fact is that some babies never get the first drop - they are fed formula from the day they are born and survive.

You wouldn't stick a penis in your baby's mouth; why a breast? It's okay for a woman to rape a baby, but not a man? What is this world coming to??? Lord Jesus come quickly!!!

Nobody disagrees. Nelson Medela introduced high quality pumps that enable women to disgorge both teats simultaneously. The milk can then be bottled and introduced in a sterile and unobtrusive fashion whenever the infant demands.

                            Herein lies the sin:

You may not have heard of this, since it's an experience that is usually relegated to sidebars or footnotes in baby books, but most women report the experience of feeling aroused while they are breastfeeding. Some women also report the experience of an orgasm during or following breastfeeding.

So what if they do? It does no harm to anyone.
Bottling breast milk for everyday use is silly. Once it's pumped, it has to be kept cold until used, then heated up to feed the baby, and taking it with you when you go out is a pain.
Straight from the source, it's already the perfect temperature, always fresh, and you don't have to lug around bottles, cold packs, and such.

Formula is a very recent invention.

So are you saying babies were parasites until we developed formula?

You make no sense whatsoever. A baby relies entirely upon its mother for all its needs for life, whether those needs are supplied from the mother's body or her husband's checkbook. So, by your definition, it's a parasite.
