The states in red are the 10 states with the highest rate of non-income-tax payers. You know, the people Mitt Romney mentioned as being Obama voters who won't take responsibility for their own lives.
I would have thought they'd be in the Northeast and the Left Coast, but look!
And now we know why God so frequently smites those states (8 of the 10) with devastating hurricanes. They are filled to the brim with God-hating, lazy Obamarxists who just want a handout!
