    Successes of the Free Market

By now everyone's seen the socialist propaganda spew piece below:

This morning I was awoken by my alarm clock powered by electricity generated by the public power monopoly regulated by the US Department of Energy. I then took a shower in the clean water provided by the municipal water utility. After that, I turned on the TV to one of the FCC regulated channels to see what the National Weather Service of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration determined the weather was going to be like using satellites designed, built, and launched by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration...
This nonsense goes on for another 10 pages that I won't bore you with. However, what we never hear said on the lamestream internets is what the Free Market has done. That is the job of this thread (there, I just created a job Obama - that's 1 more than you). I'll start us off with several fine innovations of the Free Market. Read it and weep, socialists!!!

    1. Sausage pancake on a stick, choc chip (14 pack). Exemplifies the magic of the Free Market - it's what the consumer demands and in the quantity they demand it: it's breakfast, lunch and dessert. 14 of them, individually wrapped in plastic. Perfect for an 8 hr road trip when you just cannot stop.

    2. Cell phones and cell plans. Hundreds of them - yet not one that is simply a phone and where you pay for the calls you make. That's not what you want. The Free Market has given us 30 buttons all with a dual purpose, and you can pay in advance for a certain number of minutes excluding off hours or between similar cell providers and the text messages rollover with data cashback or if you decide you can buy overage insurance retrospectively for a minimum period before cancellation on a certain date (otherwise 1yr minimum contract, fees apply). Easy easy payment plans too!

These are just two instances of our Freedom given to us by the Free Market. I know there are more but I'm tired and can't think of any right now.

    3. In socialist countries, you have the options of "coffee, tea, or me" (the waitress hoping that the latter would garner her a slightly larger "tip" so she can afford to eat that day).

    In America . . . well:

    Bible boring? Nonsense!
Try Bible in a Year with Brother V, or join Shirlee and the kids as they discuss Real Bible Stories!
You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!
