I confess to being somewhat confused myself Brother Fednekk. I thing what this person is claiming has something to do with asset forfeiture laws and drug transactions (although they somehow object to the term "drug dealing" for some reason). Anyway, it looks like this has something to do with acquiring cheap cars - probably part of Obama's "stimulus" program.
