There are countless socialist laws that destroy our businesses, hurt productivity, stifle innovation, and cause millions of Americans to lose jobs. Seeing these laws make me sad to see how far America has fallen, but more importantly, we should know the enemy. It is almost like a frog being in a pot of warm water, liberals try to slowly and slowly change things, and before you know it, you're knee deep in a homosexual, thieving, murdering, secular, raping, godless, chaotic society that is a withered husk of its former self.
Anti-trust laws prohibit businesses from charging above market value when they have a monopoly, or charging below market value to drive competition out of business.
If businesses are not permitted to raise their prices when there is a high demand for their product, then people will buy up all the products when it is cheap until one is left then re-sell those products later anyway. If they aren't allowed to sell the products they'll hoard it all to themselves. If people are willing to pay $20 a gallon for gas, that is what companies should charge. Otherwise, people will buy up gas for the cheap rate and re-sell for $20 later. Besides, being a monopoly, they are the authority on the products real value. They know the value of the product more than anyone, and if the government forces them to lower prices it'll drive them out of business!
Businesses also need to be able to compete with each other and charge under market value. This results in a cheaper product for consumers, and it encourages the other competition to lower their prices. In the free market, everyone wins. If the smaller company goes out of businesses clearly they weren't smart enough or didn't have low enough prices.
Some people are only worth $5 an hour, but they can't get jobs for that price due to government mandates. As a result, people who are able and willing to work for $5 an hour end up jobless and homeless. Sometimes, government has to come in and pay food stamps for these people. Where does the government get this money? From other people making minimum wage. So, as a result of minimum wage laws, some people have no job at all, and those who do don't really earn more, they on paper earn more than pay it back in taxes later.
Anti-discrimination laws make it illegal for businesses to base hiring, promotion, pay, or firing decisions on race or gender.
Anytime a minority is fired, they will falsely claim it was a racial issue, and companies will be too afraid to fire anyone for fear that they'll lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in a lawsuit. Not only will businesses be more reluctant to hire people, but businesses will also force businesses to keep incompetent workers. That impenitence is going to go back to our consumers and our other employees who have to make up the work.
Companies need to be able to make extra money by selling their customer's information. If they can't, they'll have to charge a higher price, which will be passed onto consumers. Additionally, it gives consumers access to excellent products and cost saving deals conveniently sent to you through the phone or the mail. Consumers should just assume that anytime they sign up for a company their information is going to be sold to another party.
Just more unneeded expenses for businesses. If someone wants overtime or healthcare, they should negotiate it into their contract. If they don't get it and they feel they need it, they should find a new job. There are people willing to work overtime, and without healthcare, at no extra charge, but they are not able to use this cost saving fact as leverage in their current job, and as a result, end up getting no job at all.
There are tons of qualified doctors or bankers out there. Well, they're Christian and Republican, and they say they're qualified, good enough for me!
Yet due to unfair and socialist "license" requirements they are denied access to treat patients or make loans. There must be millions of people who died because they did not get healthcare from qualified, unlicensed doctors. There also must be thousands of businesses that could have started but never did because the government prevented people from making loans to them or starting a bank up.
So what if more than 90% of the scientific community support global warming or other propaganda? They also support evolution
! That should give you an idea of how reliable these "scientists" are. The rapture will probably come soon anyway, so why waste time worrying about something that probably won't even occur?
Last but certainly not least, socialist progressive taxes that destroy our economy. Liberals demonstrate their lack of understanding of basic economics anytime they try to argue for a progressive tax. When you tax a business, that tax is passed onto the consumers. A company that would normally charge $1 for a product will now charge $5 due to all the taxes they have to deal with. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that when you punish success, you're going to have less of it. when you reward success through tax breaks, you will have more of it. Additionally, why is there a corporate tax at all? If a person makes a million dollars a year at their business, they'll be taxed for a million dollars under income tax. Why should they have to pay a second tax just becaue they're a corporation? This is just a double-tax. Why would you hire jobs in a country with the second highest corporate income tax? Imagine if there was no corporate income tax! Think of how many businesses would want to come to America!
Additionally, taxing people stifles innovation. We NEED the sons of CEOs to have billions of dollars without doing any work of their own, because without the knowledge that not only themselves, but their children would be set for life, there would not be enough incentive for people to innovate. We NEED the nation's wealth to be centralized among a few individuals who know how to spend it properly, rather than being spread out over a bunch of bums who will just waste it on stuff like food and clothing. If we do not allow people to send their money to their offspring, then as soon as the person gets enough money to live on, they'll stop working an innovating!
Without these communist laws in place, we would all be living in a land where everyone had jobs, everything was affordable, most people were innovative and had incredible ideas, and everyone had exactly the job they wanted. For example, they can decide if they want healthcare or not. No wonder unemployment is so high! No wonder there are so many natural disasters! The money we save in natural disaster repair costs online would probably make up for the revenue supposedly "lost" by cutting taxes on the wealthy. Except the revenue wouldn't really be lost since there would be so many more wealthy people. Communist regulations like these destroy businesses, jobs, individuals, the lower class, the upper class, everyone in between, but most of all, they destroy America.
