This will probably shock my fellow True Christians™, but I've given a great deal of thought to this, and I am breaking with the official position of the Landover Baptist Church® and endorsing marriage equality. I no longer support reinstating the laws that prevent men and women of different races from marrying each other.
Don't get me wrong. It's not that I think that persons of different races should marry. This is and always will be wrong in God's eyes, and nothing that human beings do will ever change that. As a personal matter, I would certainly never chose a negress as my life partner.
Nevertheless, I've reluctantly come to the conclusion that, if we continue to oppose interracial marriage, the Republican party is in danger of becoming irrelevant. This puts us in the terrible position of having to choose the lesser of two evils, racial impurity in the sacrimony of marriage on the one hand or high taxes and social programs imposed by Democrat politicians on the other. On balance, I feel that society is better off letting the jigaboos pick off the occasional white woman suffering from jungle fever than it is subsidizing the black culture of laziness and dependency.
I know that I'll probably receive a lot of flack for this choice. I just want my fellow True Christians™ to know that I respect their right to disagree with me on this controversial issue, and that I would not have taken this stand against my religious convictions had I felt that there were any other way to keep God's Own Party in power in America.
I hope that Jesus will forgive me for making this Hobson's choice.
