So another words if someone has a roof over their head, bed to sleep in, and meals and clean water, not to mention 15 bucks in their pocket they are considered in the top ten percentile world wide.

Have I ever been on less than our own poverty line? Yes I have, and I still fail to see your point. If one has a choice between working heavy equipment, or sweeping a broom while making enough to support family with full medical benefits to boot, guess which one most will have chosen?

If I am hungry and ask you for a sandwich and you say yes and give it to me there is a moral transaction. However, if you and I are standing there and Obama rides in on a horse and puts a gun to my head and tells me to give you the sandwich you ask for, one or maybe several sandwiches that you feel entitled to... there's coersion. You see no wrong in this?

It also includes helping the poor through either paying them a living wage or through bread and circuses.
Not only is it your civic duty. It is your duty as a Christian. You should smile every time you see your paycheck knowing you are helping your fellow man.

I have to admit, Samuel that I do feel that way. There's no controversy inside me, but when it comes to this kind of thing: entitlement I am thoroughly flustered. I am shocked that people expect entitlement when it is they themselves that are to blame and are in retrospect the problem. Don't get me wrong, if I was a state worker and was working at welfare and this woman came up to me and asked for what she is entitled to, I would have to say, it is not you "We the People" give a damn about, but it is your children.
