  • No Republicans Attended Martin Luther King Event. WE DON'T PANDER!

I did not get an invitation myself, but several prominent Republicans did. Not one showed up. Hallelujah!!!

With a wink, some said they did not have time to schedule an appearance. I wish they would have just said, "Are you kidding? He was a woman chaser, communist and homer sypathizer."

I like the message this no show sends to voters. It says, "We will not beg for your vote. We will not show up at your touchy feely events and pretend we care about how you feel. You have no choice--vote for us or God will destroy this country."

No Republican leaders appeared onstage at Wednesday s celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Civil Right s Movement s March on Washington Organizers said they invited Republicans, but some of ...

I don't think it is appropriate, in this day and age, to celebrate and commorate hate speech. I don't see why we are forced to relive those days before Richard Nixon, when Christians were forced to live in fear from race mixing communists and debauched alcoholic lay abouts with pork pie hats.

I know from Fox News that many Hollywood celebrities appeared, trying to whip the crowd into a racist frenzy, in order to promote attacks on white people.

This news was some what eclipsed here in San Antonio by a plethora of cross dressing transvestite transgendered homosexual perverts wearing fashionable, designer clothing who appeared to address the City Council with their lists of demands for special homosexual rights to offend Christians. It was quite a spectacle. Afterwards, the homosexuals went off with the Democrat lawyers of the City Council for a meeting after the meeting. On the one hand, I believe that second meeting violates the open meeting laws we have in Texas. On the other hand, I believe I'd rather not have an accounting of that particular meeting.

I agree, Mr. Moss. Democrats lined up behind the podium to each deliver a message he hated white people more than the other. Republicans ignored the event and served as inspirations to negros.

We white Republicans were driving our nice cars around, living in our nice houses and not complaining. Negros can see the road to success is join the Republican Party.

I would have gone but with my expensive clothes I would just be asking to be mugged.

Three Democratic presidents spoke at the event: Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. The two living Republican presidents – George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush – both received invitations, but neither could attend due to health concerns.
I'd be concerned for my health too in a crowd of Occupy guerrillas.

We Republicans have got to stay firm - no talking with the commie press and no public speaking at events. Give the voters the silent treatment. Then we can sit back and wait for the votes to roll in in 2016. They'll be begging for us to save their sorry ass*s. WE DO NOT PANDER.

Does anyone else remember that the dire state of affairs we are in was predicted decades ago?

KING HOLIDAY BILL FACES A FILIBUSTER WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 1983— Senator Jesse Helms started a filibuster today against a bill that would make Martin Luther King's birthday a national holiday. The North Carolina Republican said the slain civil rights leader had followed a philosophy of ''action-oriented Marxism'' that ''is not compatible with the concepts of this country.''
The rest - the radical economic polcies that tax job-creators, Obamacare's socialized medicine, outright communism and the ascent of America hating liberals - is history. We need to abolish the MLK holiday and reclaim it as a day of working twice as hard to celebrate the freedoms of Capitalism.
