I hate to point fingers, but this is definitely a result of Bill Clinton legitimizing these freaks of nature has resulted in nothing but a burden on us, the tax-payers. I suggest we write to our Representatives and Congressmen and petition them to REFLECT THE VIEWS OF THEIR CONSTITUENCY--cut off these freaks from suckling at the teat of decent hard-working Americans like they do on the corner of a paper-towel right after they wet themselves.
