(See, what if Sarah Palin was as absent minded as you were just now? It could spell disaster for America.)

. Anyway, Deborah clearly never read 1 Timothy 2. Same as the Israelites never read Romans 13 or Romans 14:20. And Moses never read Matthew 5: 31-32. Will you also contend that we cannot eat pork or that men can divorce their wives simply because they've grown tired of them? Do you really want to play the role of the jewess and debate New Testament vs Old Testament?Might I also add that at no point is any edict made stating that women should or can have authority over men. There is, however, a direct commandment for women to NOT have authority over men. Deborah's position was simply a matter of circumstance and not a matter of law. Deborah was a backseat driver anyway. Barak was the real heroe. All Deborah did all day was sit under a tree and listen to peoples' problems.
And that senile old hag needs to worry more about changing her depends rather than TEACHING THE BIBLE IN THIS CHURCH!!! If she thinks for one minute that she is going to circumvent the Law by preaching here on God's Forum she is mistaken. That entire thread should be deleted!!! The Phelps crone needs to shut her yap and learn in silence. She sounds like she's preaching feminist nonsense!!!

Explain in detail where it says anything about those verses only applying to women in the church? Here is the entire chapter.

Let's look at the qualities of a female leader.
1.) Self-indulgence (Isaiah 32:9-11)
2.) Silliness and a proneness to error (2 Timothy 3:6).
3.) Deceitfulness (Proverbs 7:10; Ecclesiastes 7:26).
4.) A zealous in promoter of superstition and idolatry (Jeremiah 7:18; Ezekiel 13:17, 23)
5.) Actions that instigate iniquity (Numbers 31:15-16; 1 Kings 21:25; Nehemiah 13:26).
6.) Easily deceived by Satan (Genesis 3:1-6; 2 Corinthians 11:3; 1 Timothy 2:14).
Women are untrustworthy and easily deceived. Why would God want women to be in any position of power over the morally and intellectually superior men? It makes zero sense. Besides, 1 Corinthians 11: 3 says man is the head of woman. 1 Corinthians 11: 8-9 says women are made for men, not the other way around.

Now - is the thing that I am teaching a good thing or a bad thing? YES - that’s correct Goober - it is a good thing! We know that it is a good thing because it enlightens your mind to some good knowledge of the scriptures. Now - when I teach you about your perversions of God's Word - am I IN the church or am I OUT of the church (just for the sake of this discussion Gumby - I’ll just tell you - I am sitting at my desk - NOT in the church building). YES - that’s correct Gomer - I am NOT sitting in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, when I am teaching the men servants of God anything!
It's a great honor to be able to participate in any capacity, and indicates your continued growth in our Lord and the church!
