Does anyone know when National Beat-up an Emo Kid Day is?

I know it changes every year, but can anyone tell me when National Beat Up an Emo Kid Day is going to be in 2009? Am I still going to need to work next year or will I be able to take off for this joyous holiday?

We tend to find that Halloween is the day when the emos come out. Beating them with tracts and Bibles really drives the point home, we find.

However, all year round is National Beat-up an Emo Kid Day !

I agree it's OK to beat Jesus into these Emo-Goth-Kids every now and then.

But make it a National day? I don't think so. Sounds so negative.

We have to be merciful and give them a chance to accept Jesus as their Savior.

Me and my buds we use to beat em up all the time we didnt' need no special day more days off would be nice but i never get to take them.

Was it you that asked this last year? It's always the second Friday after Arbor day.

So in 2009, National Teach an Emo a Tough Love Lesson Day (remember, they had to rename it in '05 after that LIEberal law suit) will fall on May 8th. Ask your boss for the time off now, I'm sure most True Christians™ will want that day off!

Indeed Brother Nobar, we must keep in mind that these proposed holidays are meant to raise consciousness and awareness of the goth/emo menace. That does not mean that we are to be distracted or forget that fighting Goths and Emos requires daily vigilance.
