Well, here is what i like to think about Halloween.

Kids started school back in September, and i like to thank them for their hard work they are approaching. so with that, i'll give out some candy. Also, why remove the fun? do we really need to sit around worshiping Jesus 24/7? Also, please don't argue with me.. i like being nice to kids.

Eventually, we'll get into Heaven (1 Thessalonians 4:17), and there we can continue in our worship until Eternity!

I will go to Australia when the Lord tells me to go to Australia. He may send me there to witness to the primitive aboriginals, or to leave tracks proclaiming the Real Truth(tm) of the Bible in any of those false, Anglican Churches that I hear you have down there.


While I am there, I will keep a close eye on my purse, since the entire population is descended from criminals who were too stupid to get ahead of the authorities by shipping off to Godly America.

I may be saddened by someone's choice to hate Jesus or not believe in His Lordship, but I can understand it. We were given free will so that when we love Jesus He knows that we mean it and that we're not just in the relationship for the material rewards and His killer abs.


But why do people hate grammar and comprehensibility and minimal standards of written communication? Do they want to destroy the written word? Do they think that if no one can read or write properly anymore that the Bible will go away and stop troubling them?


If putting food into their mouths were as much as of a challenge for them as composing a complete cogent sentence, they would be starving to death or dependent on intravenous feeding tubes.


In fact, they would probably like the intravenous option because it would leave their hands free for sin and their mouths free for expressing poorly conceived opinions.

I've been IFB for about 15 years, and I've heard a lot about how Halloween is bad, but this is the first time I've heard that it's Satan's birthday. That's pretty out there. And here I thought it was all about the chocolate, lol.

IFB is independent, fundamental Baptist. I think that's probably what this site is trying to be, except if they are, they're the kind that the rest of us just shake our heads and go, "These guys don't represent us." Not that we don't have our share of loonies, actually quite a lot of them.

We're not trying to represent anyone here, friend. We are children of God and follow His commandments. In that sense, I suppose you could say that we represent God here on Earth, but that is not our intention. God has made rules; we follow them. God has made promises; we expect them to be fulfilled. God has given us our marching orders; we carry them out.

Your opinion is of no concern to us. If your opinions differ from God's, well, then you are wrong and Hell bound. That is your path. Our's is the straight and narrow path that leads to everlasting joy and an eternity in Heaven. Check out Matthew 7:14 for the facts.

We exist to illuminate the majesty of the Lord Christ Jesus as revealed in the Holy Bible to everyone in the world so Jesus can return (Matthew 24:14).
