As someone who is half-Black half- Puerto Rican (I apparently don't appear to be either), I must know- is it necessary for a person who doesn't act like a Negro to still be an ex-Negro? Or can we forgo that process?

I recall back in 03', this buck nigra pulled out a race card (similar to that one, but it was red, green and black) when I refused to hire him as a chauffeur for my wife.
