Seems he and his boyfriend would go around sexually assaulting men when they were asleep until the Godly FBI caught up with them.

It turns out Homertard is really Stan Murphy from Chicago. Apparently he likes to pretend he is an English underword figure as a way to stalk his victims. Homertard is now enrolled in a court ordered prison BASH program.
