I don't see the big deal. Someone has to pay for the kits it might as well be the whore who is pressing the charges. What if the slut is lying?
Besides, how do you test for intent anyway? The only difference between rape and rough sex is the womans attitude afterward.

Good points Brother Marshall as always. If we could make any criticism of Mrs Palin it is her compassionate nature leaves her with a bit of blind spot to the wicked. The alleged victims in the "rape" cases need to be investigated too to make sure they are not committing fraud.

Lev. 20:13: If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

Do you see any exception for supposed rape victims in that verse? Neither do I. Also, Jesus never told us to stop following that law; in fact, Romans ch. 1. reaffirms it. Therefore, both the "rapist" and his "victim" are abominations in the sight of our infinitely loving and merciful Savior.

True Christian ™ women do not have a problem with the possibility of rape because we NEVER put ourselves in a situation where it could happen. If we leave our houses it is ALWAYS in the company of a good strong TC™ man. Even when we go to the ladies' meetings at Mother Glynndie's house we are escorted there and back by one of our strong male relatives.

why women get raped... well there are such things as sociopaths who have no feelings of empathy, there is the fact that men are generally physically stronger than women, there are such things as deserted regions where a person's shouts are inaudible.
