    President Trump Personally Needs $400 Million Fast

    The New York Times article about the President's money problems shows that unscrupulous bankers forced him to personally cosign loans for hotels and golf courses he bought. His businesses have not paid back the loans and they will be his personal responsibility within the next year. The amount will be over $400 million.

    It would be a shame for him to actually have to pay such a large sum. We should prevent him from having to sell his only profitable property, Trump Towers in NYC.

    I'm thinking President Putin should step in and give our Trump the $400 million. If it involves the Russians taking over some shit hole country we now own who cares? We could give Putin some country in Europe.

    We need the best thinking we have here at Landover Baptist to help the President out of this predicament.

    He's proven he's one of the greatest builders New York has ever seen. How much is a border wall, like $25B? $35B? Are you telling me Trump couldn't build us 2 great walls with that kind of money? It just comes down to the political will to make this happen.

      I think we should just auction one nuclear weapon off to the highest bidder, no questions asked. That would more than cover the President's debts and still leave us with enough to cut the taxes of high bracket individuals. That way, everybody wins.

        Central Bank of Russia buys the $400 million debt from the President for $ 1 billion. The President then pays $400 million to the CBR thereby cancelling the debt, and leaves him spare change of $600 million. Enough for a couple more golf courses!

          Maybe this is out-of-the-box thinking, but what about the Federal Government buying the troubled Trump properties and putting bureaucrats in them. Trump Washington DC is right near the government buildings. Trump New York is downtown where government stuff goes on. MaraLargo could be a retreat for Federal Employees, especially political appointees.

          Of course, the Federal Government would have to pay over the top prices to make this work. No price is too high to save our President.

            $400 million really isn't a lot of money, is it? I mean, it's around $1.22 per head of the US population, but even if you leave babes in arms and panhandlers out of the equation it's still only $2.80 per taxpayer. If everyone just added, say, a voluntary donation of $5 to their tax payment for the year, there would be enough money to cover the President's little problem, with plenty to spare.

              What with all that President Trump has done for our country, paying him $5 seems like a reasonable price to put on our gratitude.

                  The NY Times found that Trump Washington DC lost $55 million through 2018. I suppose the losses are larger now.

                  Something is wrong with our country that we cannot fill his hotels and pay the pricy rates. Everything we buy from Trump Hotels and Resorts helps raise his spirits.

                    My husband, who understands these matters, blames Airbnb.

                    The JooYawkTimes is right about one thing, though. Trump’s attitude toward Brother President Putin has definitely been one of the most endearing enigmas of his presidency.

                        The silver lining to these money issues is that the President is very skilled at not paying back those greedy bankers who loaned him money. He became wealthy by taking bankruptcy twice before.

                        I'm guessing he may right now be transferring assets to other family members so they are out of reach to bankers. Then he will simply walk away from the money losing hotels and golf courses but later have the family members return his good properties.

                        Bankruptcy laws are what made this country great.
