  • Training for Workplace Language

Today the places where men work also has women working there. The result is, un Biblical as it is, men and women talk about the work they are doing or maybe have light conversations about their personal lives.

I've read a problem arises when men use language they have used traditionally when referring to women in their work place. In a time past, for example, there would have been a "typing pool." This was a room of all women who typed up the business paperwork of an otherwise all-male office. The staff of the typing pool would have been referred to as "the girls."

Now, however, there are language police in every office taking note of words used. If there is a team of employees meeting and working on something and one of the men says, "Our team has some girls" the roof blows off! The man will be written up and promotions withheld for referring to the girl gender that God put on this earth.

If you are a man experiencing this kind of harassment we at Landover can help. We can provide you with scripture which explains God made men and women and they are different. They have different roles to play in the scheme of things and referring to women as girls fits well the intentions of God as outlined in the Bible.

The link below illustrates the word police of today and efforts to eliminate differences between men and women.

The word "girl" is often used to refer to women of any age. Here's why, and when, it might be considered offensive.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

This is why, in my office, I call all of the females "gals." This way, nobody ever complains that I said "girl."

Some years ago medical researchers discovered that when women gather daily in a workplace their time of the month (euphemistically called "periods") would over time synchronize to occur all at the same time by little demons called "pheromones".

As a result of this people began to notice that for several days each month the work environment began to be ill tempered, foul mannered and otherwise less productive. In passing we can note that despite protests, women were subsequently paid less for causing this problem.

Many men had to find a solution to this problem, and thus was born the custom of playing golf during the work day - just to get out of the office and seek refuge. Even our great President Donald Trump early on recognized this trend and was able to make a portion of his billions on building golf courses.

Sure, we men had do blow off some steam in frustration by using phrases such as "on the rag" and "where did she park her broomstick today", but as long as we keep it to ourselves there is no harm done.

Those phenomerones are probably why girls' schools are Hell on Earth, Brother - or so I am told. (I believe that there are no girls' boarding schools in Iowa?)

Of course, matters are made worse by girls' schools being mostly Catlick-nun-run, as a consequence of which the defiantly barren schoolmarms also synchronize their menses so as to be angry at the same time as the girls. It is a recipe for bloodshed (not just menstrual) and incontinent rage.

I am truly blessed in that I have only one daughter - small for her age (13) - and an exceptionally manly husband. Hence, the problem has not yet arisen. But we have already constructed a second menstra-hut, just in case.

Bless you Sister Joanna, your astute observations may have uncovered the methods by which the cathylick nuns cull young pubescent school girls into lezbeanism in order to keep the convents filled for the next generation.
