If God is all loving, and all knowing, then he wouldn't allow such a place to exist, as he wouldn't want his creations to suffer. All loving - He wouldn't allow them to suffer, he'd forgive them. Also, satan would not exist. Why? If God was all knowing, he would of known of Satan and his evil before Satan was even created, and wouldn't of allowed him to of become what he is. That's why.
