Titles real or honorary?

I have a question. Are the titles for people (i.e. - Senior Pastor) just honorary or are those people really pastors? If they are really pastors, I am confused. I am confused because I have seen at least 1 woman with the title Senior Pastor on here.

I know that the Bible clearly forbids women from being pastors and teaching men, so seeing a female with that title in the forum has me greatly confused.

Can anyone clear up my confusion, please?

The men are really pastors. In the case of Mother Glendora, it is merely an honorarium, but it has caused confusion in the past so we are probably going to change it.
