I think that a woman has the right to feel safe and not worry of the possibility of a "beating". But if the husband and wife both agree that when she commits a wrong then she should recieve a "spanking" that is okay as long as it is not a "beating" and does not leave the area of the rear and thighs, and only a hand should be used with the exception of severe situations then a hairbrush or a small paddle are called for, and there should be an agreement that once the punishment is over all wrongs are forgotten and not another word is spoke about it again.

As a response to it being a "Christian duty", I think that is up to debate of your personal view on your religion. But if you think a "spanking" is well within your beliefs more power to you, but please just remember that your woman is a person too and spanking her for dumb reasons like you just feel like it is a viloation of her right to feel safe. And in my opinion dulls the effect of an actual punishment for an actual offense.

And in response to Woman Punisher...1. You really should read the first paragraph of my post. 2. If you wish to regain control you need to sit her down and remind her of her place in the household and though it is great for her to take a class in self defense it is not to be used on you, it is to be used if she is assulted on the street by a thug and you are not around to help defend her. After the talk inform her that she will be getting a "good spanking" to remind her of her place in that household and though it will be painful she should take it all without complaint. For this situation I highly reccommend you invest in a paddle or wooden backed hairbrush. (Small paddle or hairbrush stings just enough to give her a reminder for the next few days of who is the head of household and who is in charge.) And if need be remind her whenever you see her steping back into the attitude of she is more superior than you.

In Closing please just remember that she is a person too and occasionally she needs to be reminded that you are her only true path to God. But that does not mean she does not deserve to have some respect, after all she is the one who carried your children.

I have a huge problem. I used to beat my wife all day and night like a good babtist but now my wife it taking courses in MixedMartialArts and is giving me the whopping all the time! Im helpless. what should i do? Buy a gun?

on a more related note, what is wrong with you people, are you by any chance aware that what you are reffering to is ILLEGAL IN EVERY STATE IN THE US AS WELL AS MOST CIVILISED COUNTRIES?

As you all know, I've been punished only once thus far by K but I fear when I see him again tomorrow, I am in for another - as he has informed me. Basically, I lost a piece of neck "jewelry" I am to wear at all times in my home or his; but not in public. I have been wearing a substitute but it's not the one he gave me. I am scared - I will admit.
In your (the readers') opinion, how severe could this punishment really be? Am I just making it to be something more severe then what it is?

How would you (men) punish your women for something of this ilk?

I just wanted to let everyone know that the original necklace hsa recently been replaced by one K got me. It seems to lock together with a tiny but pretty silver padlock. It actually locks, though so he is the only one who can take it off - not that I'd ever want to!

I'm not trying to be pornographic. I'm merely wondering if this would be a valid form of punishment as it would be both painful and degrading, but not too severe as my wife has not severely wronged me (yet).
