Re: College advice: How to tell if your roommate is on the drugs
Hi Claudia, James here (but you know that)
I do not think it is a conscious effort to trick but a misguided effort to hide real intentions. Nothing worse that some who is not as they appear. I have a friend, his son (a real good kid too) said he was staying at a pals house and his pal, told his dad he was staying at my friends house. I am sure you know of the ruse. Fortunately, they did not do anything really bad, just camped out where they should not of. But he got caught because questions were asked. So, until we know someone, you have to think twice and cannot just give unconditional acceptance. Trust needs to be earned. Faith can be given at first meeting. I have Faith and now I have Trust with you.
