We stole hair dye, clothes, and the make-up we wore too, sometimes from stores and sometimes from houses where people were foolish enough to invite us, usually so they could have some “weird” people to liven up their otherwise lame parties.

Yes Petal, we dressed up "funny" a lot back then. But now I don't do that anymore because I am Saved! Praise the Lord! And I'm glad I get to read your posts now and then.

My father worked in a psychiatric hospital, and though the patients aren't "right in the brain", they definitely deserve respect, and are human just like the rest of us. He made friends with many of them..it just further proves that at least Christians are open and caring.

And for the Goth list..with the exception of the Internet usage, I basically agree with all of it (speaking from past experience).

I'm honestly not sure what I think of this site. I'm not proud to say that I really don't think highly of it at all.

I barely skimmed through what was here. But if I hadn't knowen that it was supposed to ba a christian site I WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWEN IT AT ALL!

The very first thing your site says at the top is that 'The Unsaved are unwelcome' What is the point of the site then. If you hope (and realize that this is the point we're on earth right now as 'christains') is to SAVE the UNSAVED! It seems that the only purpose of this site is for idle gossip.

I read through the thing about the christain goths... You know, I'm pretty informed on the subject of 'goth'. And most of the people who were posting obviously weren't, and that's understandable and respectable. But that dosen't mean that it is a trophy pass to just spread hate.

In my quicl read through I was subject to a man whose name sudjests that he is a pastor call another human a slut. I was shocked... so I continued.

Jesus CANT PERFER a specific race or 'color' of people. He CREATED people. Even the scriel killers... if you pick up your bible you'd see, God does not hate his creations and his children, even if they rebuke Him. He... uhg!... i'm so...

You people... really. I can't think right now. it's so insane. God's love is like a fire. It's power is so great that it leaves charred ashes in it's wake. And then... among the ashes is a rebirth, is life. To really expierence his love, his UNCONDITIONAL (think about the word for a moment) is unimaginable. Having all this hate with a person is also unimaginable.

I... i guess you could call me a christan goth. i'm not so much for steryotypes or what ever... But I guess we can go with that.

Goth is not... I repeat... Not a anlyance with Satan. It was first started in the early to mid eighties as rebellion of sorts from the very bright very plastic media/lifestyle/trends... Actuall Goth music is not satanic and any one who tells you otherwise is uninformed. The first Goth band (or one of the first... it was a slow rising movement...) was Soiuxsie and the Banshees. I've litsened to as great amount of this music and none of it is dark or satanic. It's just, unique. Goth music does not include Manson... He is Shock Heavy Meatal and claims so himself. The color black is not demonic either... actually it's a combination of all the colors starting at the primaries... red, blue, and yellow... (black can only be made by them if they are true colors... if they're off a little you get a funny looking brownish) There is also a strain of Juddiasm (jews do whordhip God you know... They just belive that Christ is still to come, jsut so you know) inwhich it is somewhat taboo to where alot of bright colors. They mostly wear black because it cuts them off of a dead socioty and it is less self asserting in their opinion. When they die they wear bright blues and whites because they are colors for heaven and life.

Goth is Non-Conformity. It is a way to 'cut yourself off from a very plastic, very dead, and very unfaithful socioty.

Now, having said this there are Goth's who are Satanistic, Athiest, Buddist... what ever.

In the end it shouldn't matter what you wear... (well, I mean, if you walk around in scandelous tube tops and tiny little short shorts - I've never met a Goth/Emo ChristianGoth/ChristainEmo who did - that's a little different) God will take you as you are. He loves you and wants to fill his spirit with you. he has big and bbright futures for everyone if you would just stop Hating one another.

In the end all I have to say is that I'm sorry. I'm sorry if I affended anyone - i actually hopee I did, that means I reached someone! I do not agree with this site at all and not really any of the people on it.

I'm trying not to be judmental, of course this is hard. I'm not hating though, if that's what you're wondering. i'm just really sad. I can't belive a minsitry has been turned so ugly.

I may be a christain goth, and I know some may say I'm anti-christian or anti-goth. I'm on a switch blade constantly turning as people change. as should everyone. No one should be saticfied with what you have in life. Crave and hunger more of Jesus. Demand more of you Government! Love yourself and love others. Hate does not belong in your heart if Jesus is in it too!

Overall, maybe i am anti-christain. I wont stand for idol luke warm faith which pretty much somes up most of america's churches and I wnt stand for standardoized hypocrasy. My goal in life is not to be a church going girl but a child filled with the love, joy, and fire of Christ.
