Do aborted babies go to hell because they have never heard the good word of Jesus Christ's Holy Bible, or do they go to Heaven because they were never given a chance to do so?

Obviously babies cannot be Saved(c). They are too young to comprehend the love of Jesus.
Therefore He sends them to hell.
You really ought to try reading the Bible for yourself, boy. It's all right there in black and white.

John 3:18: He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
If you don't believe, you go to hell. There is no exception for anyone who is not yet capable of believing. The "age of accountability" is a liberal myth that is not in the Bible.This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. We have puppet shows (and during Satan's Holiday™ a haunted house) showing the torments of Hell as revealed in the Bible:
Luke 16
22And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
We give an altar call every Sunday, and it's a joy to see little boys and girls, some as young as three years old, come down with tears in their eyes, some even wetting their pants with fear of God, giving their lives to Jesus Christ and being set on the road to being Truly Saved(TM).
I tell you, we have to give the gospel to our babies and children because they will not, they cannot, be Saved(TM) without it!!
