I didn't want to intrude while you were giving your honest, heartfelt testimony on Friday, but now I will give you my advice. I think you should listen to Professor Bessemer. It seemed to me that you were really able to open up completely, and follow his sage instruction. If he says to gradually cut back on your habit, I think you should do it.

Thank you firstly for keeping watch over this I'm thankful that you and many others are taking an interest for my well being and it means a lot. I've been really trying hard to cut down and I know that my parents would be very angry if I told them what I was doing at nights. I can't bring myself to say to them because of what they may think and I don't want to upset them either. Maybe to just end all problems, I should just stop doing the act all together and try to keep my mind off it.

I'd advise against going "cold turkey" as they say Nicole. You body is currently accustomed to sinning. And I have not asked this yet, but I gather from reading the thread that you are doing this on a nightly basis, and sometimes in the morning as well?

If you stop too quickly, you could fall victim to Female Hysteria. You see, your body is currently addicted to the hysterical paroxysms you are giving yourself through your unholy rubbing sessions. You must slowly ween yourself of this spiritually debilitating habit. Thinking of Jesus while you are debasing yourself may help you taper off as well.

Thank you I always shower twice, wash my clothing and wash my hands twice until the heat burns at the top layer of my hands and then use a bactericidal sterile cleanser after that. It's usually a lengthy process but necessary.
