What college should I go to in Iowa?

    Hello.

A few days ago I joined this forum to hopefully connect with more True Christians in Iowa as I will be moving there in July. I heard Jesus loves Iowa and wants more people to move there so I'm very excited about this opportunity.

However, my parents are only going to allow me to move and provide me with some money until I get myself established (or married) - if I attend a college while I'm in Iowa. I don't want to be completely disrespectful of my dad's wishes so I probably should sign up for some classes. If I'm lucky, maybe I can find a True Christian man soon so I will only have to attend a few quarters and can drop-out and get married soon afterwards.

We all know the problems of college - even allegedly christian private colleges can be hot beds for devil-worshipping!
I sure don't want to risk going to a college that would turn me into a femi-nazi or is full of a bunch of non-christians and atheists! I'm worried that I will end up on a milk carton of unsaved souls. Many girls "go wild" and do all sorts of evil things the minute they are away from their parents!

What is a good christian young lady to do? Is there a way to attend a college that is approved by Jesus and will still make my parents happy that I'm getting an education? What college is the lesser evil in Iowa?

    Awaiting your godly advice

I see you still haven't covered those baby feeders. I'm not sure it's safe for you to run off to college until you've got at least a degree of modesty.

Why not travel here to TX first and we can work on your character and your relationship with Christ?

I'll have your tickets paid for at the airport and will provide well for you in my Christian home. It's just me in this large house, so there's no danger of Satan disturbing us. You'll have your own room (which we'll also use for our daily devotionals). Our private Bible study sessions will be mandatory though, as your character clearly needs work. Please be prepared for intense one on one spiritual therapy as the Holy Spirit works His way from me to you.

When we aren't studying His word, we'll get you started in the skills you must have when you do find a True Christian husband; dressing modestly at all times, scrubbing toilets and floors, baking pies and prime rib, spending time in your prayer closet, etc..

If your motivation is sincere, we'll have you fully prepared to do nothing but study so you can graduate as quickly as possible, find a man and use your education to please him.

    Yours in Christ

My oldest daughter is going there (LBU) this fall if she is not engaged by then. I was going to send her there last fall but she begged me to giver her another year. She will be 20 next December. Not what I wanted, another old hag hanging about the house, sponging off of me.

If you have read the welcome thread, you would have learned that I was wearing skin-colored knickers underneath. Yes, I needed to get a longer skirt but I plan to get some new clothes when I'm at college.

Thanks! I'm enrolling right now. This forum is so helpful. I can't wait to get to Iowa and meet everyone. I have a lot to learn still but I know I will find many new and helpful friends this fall.

Does that school have dorms too?

Well yes they do, but you know, I have a huge estate that I live on and I have plenty of room....And since my fiancee is out of town and presumably lost in the dark jungles of Africa, I could use some female companionship....

Yes, I'm sure that's where she is.

                Probably in Africa.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.
