We do not twist the Bible. It literally tells us exactly how to interpret is (as in: don't add your own interpretation to it).

You would probably laugh at the notion of letting violent criminals decide which laws of man they should follow.

Nah, the (KJV 1611) Bible is pretty clear it has to be taken literally and should not be twistered or interpreted in any way. Proof:

Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Deuteronomy 12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

Proverbs 30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

My daughters are both right handed. However, I once saw my oldest cutting a pie with her left hand. Needless to say, her face met the rod and she was given a week in the prayer closet. Thank that behavior has never returned.

I have never seen a forum of Christians so quick to pass judgement and sentences as if you all were the Almighty himself! I believe everyone posting hate and damnation in the name of God should be careful when speaking for God.
