Re: How do I tell my sister her miscarried baby is in hell???
Jedediah,
the way you behaved with your sister is awful.
If I understand correctly, you're talking about Miscarriage. Which means: "Spontaneous abortion".
How can you blame her as if it were her fault?
is inhumane. What kind of beasts are you?

I suppose its all works out the same no matter how you look at it. Being a false Christian, if the baby had been a healthy innocent blessing all along, she probably would have just aborted the innocent living child. Then she would have committed a murder. Her choice to deny God would have led to the same eternal damnation regardless.Originally posted by Jedediah View PostSo apparently even though my sister calls herself a Christian, she has no qualms about persecuting me for trying to share the Gospel with her! So apparently even though my sister calls herself a Christian, she has no qualms about persecuting me for trying to share the Gospel with her! This is so outrageous...
I called her this afternoon and told her why she is to blame for her baby's death, that thanks to her lack of faith her unborn child is now just getting started on an eternity of unfathomable torments, and that it is not too late for her to repent and get right with Jesus. I even gave her words of encouragement that if she puts her faith in the LORD rather than secular elites and their occult "sciences", the He may very well open her womb as He opened Rachel's (Genesis 30:22). And what thanks do I get? A bunch of belligerent sobbing mixed in with the most vile, hateful verbal abuse I have ever heard come out of a mere woman's mouth.
She says that I am not her brother and that she never wants to see me again! If anyone is to cast anyone out, it is me! It is she who refuses to heed God's Word, not me!
Matthew 12:47-50
Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
I guess she will be reunited with her baby after all. In one sense, I am vexed that my own flesh and blood is a false Christian; but that vexation quickly dissipates when I think about the glory that awaits me in Heaven.

Valid point. I have nothing more to offer on the subject.

I would probably protest the funeral if some preacher were there saying words over the paperbag or whatever failed children are buried in. If God wanted her to have a baby then the baby wouldn't be dead, that much is plain to see. Something she did caused the Lord to pull the baby plug and flush another one to Hell. If it were my sister I would try ministering to her and trying to get to the bottom of what she did to deserve this. She certainly needs to pray and tithe more.

Thats for babies that are alive. Miscarried kids are obviously not included. Why would the Lord love someone who He deemed unworthy to even be born? Duh.

Well as long as we're all posting Bible Scripture..
John 2:12-13
I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.

I would be sure to remind her that once she gets to eternal paradise separated from her child, she will no longer be sad about it.Originally posted by Jedediah View PostIndeed. I think it will bring her closer to God.

Do not be a fluffy bunny. God watches how you handle yourself and if you waffle, He will question your devotion.
My first wife miscarried the day before she went missing. As soon as I heard about it, I had one of the people that works in the house and fetch her to my study. I asked why she killed Gods baby? I inquired as to what right she thought she had to steal the child from Jesus. Her shame caused her to cry and blubber. I could not make out a word she was saying. I slapped her a few times to get her to quit. She finally fell silent after a dozen or so (maybe more, who counts love) swats. I showed her picture books of Hell with babies boiling in the sulfurous brimstone.

I explained to her that the baby was damned to Hell unless we raised it right and taught it about Jesus. I impressed into her that her evil deed doomed the child to an eternity of torture. I had the staff drag her to the basement prayer closet to reflect on her deeds. The following morning she was gone. Two months later, we found her down inside a capped off well. She is with her baby now.

After all, the Bible teaches to thank God under everything, even if our unborn children are sent to Hell:
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18:
Rejoice evermore.
Pray without ceasing.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Praise Jesus!

Did she properly beat the child before it was born?Originally posted by Jedediah View PostHow do I broach this potentially delicate matter with my sister? She at least calls herself a Christian, so she should hopefully be able to understand.
Proverbs 23:13-14 "Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell."
If she didn't properly beat the child, which is often the case, you can use this to make clear to her that she is to blame for her child being in Hell! It's important to make these matters clear to her. She will probably end up in Hell herself as well for doing this to her child. Did her husband trade her in for a better wife yet?

Re: How do I tell my sister her miscarried baby is in hell???
Well Brother Jedediah, I think I might be able to help you. I was looking through my Bible searching for an answer to your question, and the Holy Spirt led me to 1 Kings 17, and a possible solution.
Have you tried praying for the miscarried baby's revival? Scripture shows us that God will occasionally grant these sort of prayers, provided a True Christian(tm) is the one that is praying.
"And it came to pass after these things, that the son of the woman, the mistress of the house, fell sick; and his sickness was so sore, that there was no breath left in him. And she said unto Elijah, What have I to do with thee, O thou man of God? art thou come unto me to call my sin to remembrance, and to slay my son? And he said unto her, Give me thy son. And he took him out of her bosom, and carried him up into a loft, where he abode, and laid him upon his own bed. And he cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, hast thou also brought evil upon the widow with whom I sojourn, by slaying her son? And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child's soul come into him again. And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived. And Elijah took the child, and brought him down out of the chamber into the house, and delivered him unto his mother: and Elijah said, See, thy son liveth. And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of the LORD in thy mouth is truth." 1 Kings 17:17-24
Of course, if God DOES decide to grant this prayer, the baby would still probably be one of those weird premie babies (
), but other than being gross, I don't see any reason why that miscarried baby couldn't accept Jesus and live a full, Christian life.
On the other hand, I think it's pretty rare for Jesus to answer these types of prayers, so if it doesn't work out, maybe you could remind her that if she truly accepts Him and follows all His commandments she could spend eternity at God's side, rejoicing at her unborn child burning in Hell.
"He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision." Psalm 2:4
Anyways, whatever happens, know that I am praying your sinful sister sees the light of the Lord.
Your's in Him,
Sister Lycia
