Re: God has punished me with dyslexia - Can I be cured?

Just a theory Mr.M, but is it possible that, in addition to being born a Lutheran, living in Finland has also created this infliction?

From what I've seen and heard of the language there they only have 6 letters and they just get randomly thrown around and repeated to create the impression of an actual lingual pattern.

Here are a couple of examples:
English: I enjoy reading the Bible.
    Finnish: Kiiyäyii ikki kijää kiäkkii

    English: The dog is brown.
    Finnish: Ikkää yiikä jäiikiikka

    English: Tea
    Finnish: Jikkilakääiijaääikikijäällilikkääiik

Theoretically if you moved to a country with an actual language instead of chicken scratch and bird calls your dyslexia would clear up. Maybe it's time to apply for that Green Card.

  • God has punished me with dyslexia - Can I be cured?

As you have probably noticed, I have dyslexia. It was diagnosed when I was 7 years old. I think it is Gods punishment me being born as lutheran. I have tried to be good Christian for few years now and after finding the forum, I have turned my eyes from heathen bibles to great KJV and found that I was in wrong path before.

What makes me sad now, is that I still suffer from word-blindness. KJV is specially hard for me to write. Letters are near each other in the keyboard and I have written it as JKV many times. I feel it is almost blasphemy Worst thing is that I don't even see if I write something wrong or if I miss words.

I don't know what to do. Please help me!
