Mark Zuckerberg has not given him this much needed money yet and time is growing short. Kanye has announced that he is a great artist and that if he can get this money there will be much more art for the world. Kanye has a very high credit score and he is married to Kim Kardashian who is very highly respected as a celebrity in Babylon. She is a white girl with a large African style posterior who is very rich and she knows everyone who is rich. Kanye always pays back the money he borrows and if he is unable to live on five million USD a year it is understandable because he is a great artist. Kanye is not asking for donations because he will pay all the money back to those who lend it to him. It will be easy to repay one billion USD because all Kanye has to do is sell two million of his very fashionable pairs of shoes for one thousand USD each and he will have the money. Kanye is a very fine man and if President Obama decides not to appoint Reverend Al Sharpton to the Supreme Court then Kanye would be a good alternative because he is for the people.

He has had millions to spend and he has managed to spend a billion. Other Negroes have had hundreds to spend but have spent thousands. This is why Negroes have bad credit. The leader of the Negroes, President Barak Obama , was entrusted with billions of dollars but he has spent trillions. Now America has the credit rating of a Negroe. Like all Negroes who find themselves in debt, Mr. West has called on the white man to save him. If Mr. West was not the arrogant Negroe that he is, he could easily go down to the same government office the other Negroes go to and he could get food stamps and section eight housing.
